At 40 years strong, Realtree has become more than camo: it’s a symbol of trust, tradition, and belonging for hunters and everyday outdoorsmen alike. The brand needed a campaign that honored its heritage while looking forward, a story rooted in authenticity, and the communities that keep those traditions alive.
Approach
The best things only get better with time.
That idea became the heartbeat of the campaign and the foundation for the tagline “Long Live Real.” We framed Realtree’s legacy as something passed down, like a well-worn jacket, a trusted rifle, or a favorite hunting spot. I led the creative direction to blend nostalgia with lived outdoor experiences: retro textures, film grain, and natural light layered over real moments of community and nature. Together, the visual language and tagline created a sense of timeless pride reminding audiences that tradition doesn’t fade; it evolves.
